Durable Coatings, Inc.'s goal is to prepare, package and ship your order as quickly as possible. We typically ship orders within 48 business hours of the time they are placed. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We ship only to the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method. For larger orders requiring freight (LTL or FTL), please contact us for a freight quote before placing your order.
Our shipping calculator is generally very accurate; however, occasional errors may occur. If the actual shipping cost is significantly less than what you were charged, we will automatically issue a refund for the difference.
If any products arrive damaged or unusable, please contact us so we can make it right. Please provide photos of the damage along with any documentation from the carrier, and we will work with you to replace the damaged items.

Durable Coatings, Inc. offers a 30-day return policy on all products, excluding paints and finishes.

The 30-day return period begins on the original purchase date.

Proof of purchase is required.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be refunded the purchase price shown on your receipt.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and Durable Coatings, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item, we will perform a visual and functional inspection. The item must not show signs of misuse or customer-caused damage. After the inspection is complete, Durable Coatings, Inc. will process the refund back to the original payment method.
If we determine there are no significant defects or damage, but the product shows signs of normal use, we reserve the right to prorate the refund amount based on the product's condition.
Please contact Durable Coatings, Inc. before returning your tool. Many issues can be resolved without the need for a return, and we would appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
Due to the nature of paints and finishes, we do not accept returns on these products, including all Renner products. If you experience any issues with a paint or finish order, please contact us to discuss available replacement options.
